The name Lanista recalls the trainers who forged gladiators in ancient Rome — coaches who combined discipline, craft, and strategy.
Youth sports today are noisy: uneven access, unclear paths, and pressure to chase attention instead of real growth. We're here to help athletes train with purpose, give families and coaches guidance they can trust, and make the next step feel clear and doable.
